Ropra Return & Refund Policy

At Ropra, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for returns.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
